Our 20,000 m² factory runs the full process in-house: sculpting, mould making, vinyl and silicone forming, hand painting, hair rooting, assembly, sewing and packing. A team of 500+ workers gives us capacity of around 2,000,000 dolls a year, so we can support both small trial orders and large seasonal programs.
